Explore six of my projects from the last six years to see how I tackle problems, present information, craft research and drive impact.

Rolling out a major product with a mixed-method feedback & engagement program

LyftNav Contributor Program (Lyft, 2021)

The LyftNav Contributor Program is a scalable user research strategy I established to facilitate the high-stakes launch of Lyft's first in-house mapping stack and driver navigation experience. Leveraging traditional UXR methods and an in-app feedback tool that I also developed as a rotational PM, the program delivered qual & quant insights with C-suite visibility, and shaped major decisions across teams and product areas.

Revamping a crucial AIML tool via a UXR-driven, cross-functional sprint

SimResults - webtool (Waymo, 2022)

I co-led a 6-week, Agile UX sprint that overhauled a complex model evaluation tool that had become a crippling bottleneck in the core AIML dev workflow, responsible for delivering updates and refinements to the Waymo Driver (the 'brain' behind autonomous driving). The changes we introduced streamlined version launch decisions and sped up workflow velocity by 15%, leading an Engineering leader to remark, "I've never seen an internal product at Waymo be built so quickly and successfully."

Supporting major product launch by via a mixed-method user feedback program

Revitalizing user engagement

Aria AIML data collection program (Meta, 2023)

For this project I utilized mixed methods to tackle a classic, if unwelcome, product problem: 'Why is user engagement on the decline, and what can we do to reverse it?'  Research insights informed an app redesign and changes to program design, and led to a 21% jump in user engagement.

Refocusing on investing in the core use value of the product

Aria - smart glasses research kit (Meta, 2023)

This case study outlines my end-to-end process using a straightforward methodology. It highlights how I extract actionable insights and create deliverables that clarify complexity, helping the team align around - and make investments in - a shared understanding of a product’s core value.

Impact: product strategy • feature optimization, • cross-functional alignment
